Receptionist/Assistant
Executive office of approximately 12 professional and administrative personnel.
Image, personality and attitude are primary considerations. Successful candidate
will have 1 year or more experience in an administrative position involving client
contact and operating the main office of an international firm with multiple
locations. Experience with arranging travel, visas and relocations is desired
and a business degree would be a plus. Fluency in English is required. Company

Executive Assistant
Serves as assistant to the Managing Director of the firm. Responsible for assisting
the Senior Executives of the firm in planning and organizing the activities and
office environment of a rapidly growing services organization in the Ukraine market.
This includes screening correspondence, controlling calendar schedules, arranging
travel, preparing reports/presentations, interpreting as necessary and the preparation/
translation of contracts and reports. Requires frequent client contact and responsibility
for communications and negotiations. Ability to multi-task, deal with stress and apply
sound judgment while maintaining a professional image is absolutely essential. Fluency
in English is required. Approximately 20-25% travel is required, usually within Ukraine.
Candidates must have 2 or more years in a similar position as well as a business degree.
While these two positions are extremely demanding, the salary, growth potential and
overall compensation is VERY competitive.
Vice President of Business Development
Responsible for planning the company's expansion into targeted areas within Ukraine
(perhaps within Eastern Europe). This involves both establishing new operations and
consideration of acquisitions. Must have demonstrated proficiency in market and financial
analysis, real estate background helpful, but not essential. The candidate should have a
business degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in this area plus additional background
and experience in business. Fluent Russian/Ukrainian. Expected to be proficient in spoken
and written English with ability to prepare reports, receive direction and develop/present project
plans. Degree preferred but will consider equivalent experience. Direct compensation is in the
$50-60K range plus a strong benefits package including vehicle, insurance and expense account.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Responsible for growing sales and building relationships with both individual consumers and
business client bases. This also includes increasing the brand identity as the company carries
out planned expansions throughout Ukraine. Oversee relationships with advertising and marketing
consultants as well as direct supervision 4-6 sales, 1-2 marketing and 3-5 administrative personnel.
Fluent Russian/Ukrainian. Expected to be proficient in spoken and written English with ability to
prepare reports, receive direction and develop/present marketing presentations. Degree strongly
preferred, especially MBA. Total compensation (including bonuses, automobile, expense account,
medical and incentives) is in the $80-90K range.
English Teacher (Native Speaker, 1 Position)
Five days/evenings a week (No Sundays, half-day on Saturdays), fixed location for teaching, desk,
computer and a fresh concept. Office hours are required for student meetings, phone availability
and preparation. Class sizes limited to 5 students maximum. Requires native speaker with a
minimum of 1 year experience teaching English as a second language. Prefer valid certification.
Compensation of $1,200+ (DOE), social package and cell phone expense account.
