Overview
We believe that Eastern Europe in general and Ukraine in particular, offer some of the most exciting opportunities in business at this point in time. After getting to know Ukrainian people from all walks of life, we decided to invest some time and energy into offering alternatives to the traditional business styles of this area by merging western concepts and business styles with the traditions and culture of this region.
Approach
We represent the employer in seeking highly qualified candidates who can add value to their organizations. If your organization has openings which are hard to fill, or it seems the candidates are not quite what you wanted, we want to find you the right person. We are not interested in clients who want the cheapest person to fill a spot. If you are not sure what to pay for a certain position or skill set, we will offer our views and even explore available candidates who meet your specification. However, we are not interested in arguments over pay ranges nor continued debating of your concept of a position’s value – life is too short for that. Simply, if we cannot fill the position, we will let you know and standby for other positions or changes in your specifications. We do not send you the first 25 candidates who mentioned certain keywords in their resume on Monster, Robota or Headhunter. No matter what our competition says, it wastes our time AND yours. If you have an open position, we send you 1 or 2 resumes for consideration at a time. Our candidates are interviewed by us, face-to-face, and qualified as viable for your organization before we refer them to you for an interview. After the interview, we expect an analysis of how you viewed the employees strengths and weaknesses. This helps us provide you with successively better candidates. If you decide to extend an offer we expect you to present it to us for review prior to entering negotiation with the employee.

Verbal acknowledgment of the fee basis
Note the last item. We don’t work with contracts. Our terms and conditions are simple – an agreed-upon percentage of the estimated first year’s income including salary and bonuses. We will provide this same level of search services if our candidate resigns during the first six months of employment. In most cases, we do not invoice the fee until after the first 30 days of employment unless the volume of open positions with your firm creates an unacceptable financial exposure.
